Elegant natural dyed, handwoven scarf. Warp (vertical) yarn is 100% mulberry silk. Weft yarn is 100% eri hand spun silk. Eri silk is only cultivated in parts of northern Thailand and northern India. Unlike filament silks, eri has short staples and must be spun like cotton resulting in a soft, fluffy wool-like yarn.

Eri yarn produces subtle shades when dyed with botanic dyes as does the multicolor warp. Unisex look, suitable for both casual and dressy wear. Can be worn in spring, fall and early winter.
